Certification (Single Page)
$110.00

Certified copy of a document / Witnessing a signature (1 Page Single Document)
DELIVERED BY: Face to Face Consult at our offices in the heart of the Gold Coast.

Attend our offices where our Notary will certify a copy your document as a “true copy” or witness your signature on a document.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This service is for when you only need a certified true copy of a document (E.g. like a passport, birth certificate, or driver's license) verified as a "true copy" of the original.

It is limited to a single (1) page document / copy. Additional pages of the same document are an additional $20 per page of the same document. If it is a different document, an additional $100 fee applies.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No Notarial Certificate is issued with this service.

More Information on Notarial Certificates:

Please check if your country requires a Notarial Certificate. Some receiving authorities for international documents may be satisfied with a Notary Public’s stamp only rather than a fully legalized, sealed, and bound certificate, though this depends heavily on the destination country's requirements and the level of authentication required.

Key Distinctions:

  • Notarization (Needs Certificate): Involves witnessing a signature and verifying identity. A separate notarial certificate is typically prepared, signed, and sealed to the document if you require verification of your identity or signature. An additional fee of $100 applies if a Notarial Certificate is required.

  • Certification (Stamp Only): Focuses on verifying that a copy of a document is accurate, complete, and true. It often does not require the same formal certificate, as the stamp on the document itself serves this purpose.

Disclaimer: Requirements for notarisation vary by jurisdiction. Always check with the receiving authority to determine if a stamp only is sufficient.
